- It requires the submission of a whole tissue block (paraffin block) from the biopsy specimen (from bone marrow, lymph node, skin, or other organ) or slices from a bone marrow smear.
- It is necessary to attach the initial pathology report, the results of the complete blood count (CBC) and the results of the flow cytometry, if available.
- The patient does not need to fast, as the sample is tissue or bone marrow.
- Due to the complexity of the differential diagnosis, the completion time may range from 7 to 14 working days.
