Many visits. Less clarity.
Clicks alone do not tell us whether a visitor understood a service or took an appropriate next step.
We help patients understand a service, its requirements and options before taking the next step, connecting that understanding to clearer paths for discovery, requests and purchases.
We aim to make requests clearer; outcomes vary by service and provider, and completed transactions are not guaranteed.
We connect patient needs with appropriate services through:
Your organization may attract considerable interest, yet some patients do not know what a service includes or requires. They may reach the wrong department or request a price before clarifying their needs.
Visibility alone is not always the problem. Sometimes the gap lies between a healthcare question and a decision.
Clicks alone do not tell us whether a visitor understood a service or took an appropriate next step.
General, repeated questions consume staff time when useful information does not reach patients early.
Different specialties, branches and requirements call for more precise routing.
Patients may miss included services, expertise and benefits associated with care.
The difference goes beyond listing an organization: it connects service information and available options with an appropriate next step.
Information helps a patient understand the service and when it may be relevant, without replacing a clinician’s assessment.
A laboratory may need a different starting point from a hospital or imaging center. Select your type to see an example closer to your work.
Four core ways to collaborate, without forcing every organization into one model. You can consider more than one track in one plan.
Add your organization’s services, prices and branches to an organized catalogue connecting health content with services people can discover and buy.
The patient pays the full service price through LahaLak; claims are reviewed and amounts due are settled after delivery under the agreement.Create an offer or package with a defined period or quantity, clear terms and a clear price, without making every service a permanent discount.
The patient pays a portion through the platform under the agreement and the remaining amount to the provider.Receive quote requests within your specialties and service cities, and submit a clear offer under the request and participation terms.
The patient pays the full selected offer through LahaLak; any commission is part of the price, not an addition to it.Propose supply for healthcare projects with defined quantities and requirements, through invitation, evaluation and award procedures specific to each opportunity.
In this model LahaLak purchases from the provider and resells under the project agreements.LahaLak designs health initiatives linking education to appropriate services. Participation is limited to providers with an active Adrej relationship and eligibility for each campaign.
Requires Adrej eligibility and cannot be added to a plan on its own.Behind the patient journey are tools for managing services, orders, opportunities and finances according to the tracks activated for each provider.
One financial description cannot cover every track. Payment, collection, contracting and responsibilities differ by model.
Role-based learning helps your organization understand operations, from activation to tracking requests and outcomes.
Learn by role: management, operations, marketing or finance, with practical material your team can revisit.
Tracks, account setup and permission assignment.
Updates, follow-up and coordination across teams.
Claims, performance review and opportunities.
These cards describe learning topics in preparation; they do not indicate published courses. Available courses will appear when released.
Videos explain the experience; articles examine economics, operations and technology so decisions rest on clearer understanding.
How can we test whether a request fits a service and what happened after contact?
From a service catalogue to discoverable, analyzable information.
After partnership begins, teams need to understand setup and review results. Eligible partnerships may receive two introductory sessions without additional charge, subject to approved terms; eligibility is confirmed during review.
Prepare the account, review services and branches, assign responsibilities and explain first operational steps.
Review early usage and operational indicators, discuss issues and prioritize improvements.
We do not create unnecessary medical need. We aim to clarify information and connect an existing healthcare need with an appropriate service, respecting clinicians’ roles and patients’ right to choose.
Choosing a digital healthcare partner is an important operational and commercial decision. These questions should be discussed before collaboration begins.
It is a request related to a service, specialty or area the organization serves, with practical information helping its team understand the next step. It is not a medical judgment about the patient’s eligibility or a guarantee that a transaction will be completed.
No. Outcomes vary with services, prices, locations and patient behavior. These are value hypotheses we aim to test by measuring request quality and progress to delivery; they are not proven facts for every organization.
LahaLak connects structured content to understandable, comparable services and then to distinct purchase, quote and procurement paths. Currently available tools differ by track, so implementation scope must be clear before contracting.
Not every service needs a discount. In suitable tracks, providers can show added value, what a service includes, where it is delivered and its terms. Lafta is an optional track for limited offers.
Yes, subject to organizational eligibility and operational and contractual requirements. Adrej and Labbi, for example, may be combined. Sharek depends on an active Adrej provider and is not a standalone track.
Patient identifying details are hidden from providers while quotes are submitted before purchase. Later data sharing follows what is needed to deliver the service and applicable privacy controls.
Yes. In Adrej and Labbi, the patient pays through the platform under the agreement. Lafta has a different partial payment model, while Nafes involves purchase, supply and resale under a project contract.
Availability of courses and features depends on what has actually been published and activated. The learning examples and interfaces shown here do not mean every course or feature is available; availability is confirmed when a partnership begins.
Requirements, documents and the appropriate contractual relationship are completed first. Account activation and operational setup then follow for approved tracks. The proposed support journey includes activation and performance review sessions for eligible relationships.
No. The relationship differs by track. Defined service listings use an annual agreement, quote requests may use electronic participation terms, and institutional procurement has project-specific requirements and documents.
Start by understanding the tracks that fit your services. Explore the journey example, then build a partnership plan or discuss the fit with LahaLak’s team.
