An inquiry that never becomes a visit
A booking or conversation can consume team time without a concrete next step. Counting inquiries alone is not enough.
With Adrej, health information connects to an organized service catalog. Your organization adds its prices, branches, and distinguishing details, giving patients a clearer path from search to service choice and purchase.
In customer discovery interviews with healthcare organizations, recurring gaps emerged between service interest, attendance, and delivery. These are qualitative signals for improving the experience, not proven platform performance results.
A booking or conversation can consume team time without a concrete next step. Counting inquiries alone is not enough.
Differences in price, scope, or procedure requirements can turn arrival into the beginning of new questions.
Moving among calls, messages, spreadsheets, and systems makes it harder to measure what happened after contact.
Select a stage to see Adrej’s role in the service journey. These explanations illustrate the information that should be clear at each step.
A patient may begin with a question about a test or service rather than a hospital name. Organized information helps identify the intended service.
Your team does not need to write every scientific description from scratch. The organization uses LahaLak’s catalog and manages the services it actually offers, prices, branches, conditions, and added value.
Select catalog services that match your organization’s specialties.
Prices and added value come from the organization’s offering details.
Associate a service with branches that actually deliver it.
Bulk Excel setup can reduce manual work.
Choose your facility type to see what a patient may need to understand before the next step.
Clarifying the service, branches, and inclusions can reduce surprises before contact.
The organization adds relevant prices, added value, and options for each service.
Before contracting, the organization should understand how a request moves from payment to delivery, when a financial claim arises, and how entitlements are settled.
Under the agreed service model, the patient pays the full price through LahaLak.
The organization applies the agreed acceptance and processing policy.
The organization delivers the service and documents it under the contract and QR process.
The invoice and claim documents are submitted after the service.
Entitlement is reviewed and paid under the partnership agreement.
Measures of movement from knowledge to request and then delivery can reveal what to improve. Before using a number in a business decision, confirm that the event was recorded, its definition is clear, and the data is comparable.
An organization page can show its introduction, branches, and active services. Participation in Sharek health campaigns may be possible after eligibility review. Sharek is not a separate entry track: it requires an active Adrej relationship and meeting each campaign’s conditions, and is never enabled automatically.

No. Adrej organizes how services are presented and connected to purchase journeys. Demand and outcomes depend on the service, location, price, actual demand, and other factors. We do not guarantee a conversion rate.
The LahaLak catalog provides a core service description and organized information. The organization controls its offering details such as price, branches, benefits, and permitted conditions, and may suggest services missing from the catalog.
Adrej includes service prices and the branches that provide it, including branch-specific service details where the approved offering structure supports them.
The operating model includes bulk setup through Excel files to reduce manual work. The import template and operating limits need verification during activation.
The described model allows providers to activate catalog services under publishing controls without a separate manual approval for every operation. Actual permissions and operation must be verified before relying on that. Providers remain responsible for offering accuracy, with controls and review or suspension for noncompliant content.
In the Adrej model the patient pays the full service price through LahaLak. After delivery, invoice and claim submission, and review, provider entitlements are settled under the agreement. Commission rates, settlement options and timing vary by contract and approved operations.
Clinical responsibility, medical assessment, and delivery belong to the organization and authorized practitioner. LahaLak’s nonclinical role covers information, selection, transactions, and support as agreed.
Sharek campaign eligibility is limited to organizations with an active Adrej relationship that meet the campaign conditions. It is not activated automatically without checking eligibility and agreement to participation details.
We do not present it as a complete replacement for internal systems. The track focuses on organizing service offerings, linking them to patient discovery and transactions, and managing the platform related service journey. Possible integrations are defined with each organization separately.
