Conditions & Notices
- Collect a hair sample from the back of the head (occipital) as close as possible to the scalp (first 3-4 cm from the roots).
- Use clean stainless steel scissors.
- Avoid using a medicated shampoo or conditioner for several days before collecting the sample, and wash your hair with a regular mineral-free shampoo.
- Report to the laboratory any food supplements containing silver and any chemical hair treatments.
