  • Early cancellation: the patient can cancel or reschedule the home medical visit without any additional fees if the cancellation or change is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Late cancellation: if the cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee may be charged (e.g., 50% of the visit cost) to cover the expenses related to preparing for the visit.
  • No-show: if the patient does not attend the scheduled visit and fails to notify in advance, the full visit fee will be charged.
  • Refund for early cancellation: in the case of early cancellation according to the cancellation policy, the full paid service amount will be refunded to the patient within a specified period (usually 3–5 business days). Platform fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund for late cancellation: if the cancellation occurs within the late cancellation period, a portion of the paid fees will be refunded after deducting the specified cancellation fee (50%).
  • No refund for no-show: no fees will be refunded if the patient fails to notify of the cancellation and does not attend the scheduled appointment.
  • Special exceptions: special exceptions may be granted for emergency cancellations due to force majeure circumstances (such as medical emergencies) based on management evaluation.
