Conditions & Notices
- Strict fasting for 8-14 hours before the test (only drinking water is allowed).
- Dietary preparation: Consume at least 150 grams of carbohydrates daily for 3 days prior to the test (normal diet). Avoid low-carbohydrate diets.
- The test should be done in the morning after a night of rest.
