  • Highly specialized preparation and processing of tissue slides for the application of 13 immunological markers.
  • A comprehensive application and evaluation of 13 markers (e.g., CK7, CK20, TTF-1, CDX2, GATA3, ER, PR, HER2, Ki-67, p63, CD45, a sarcoma/neuroma marker such as S100 or Desmin, and a targeted therapeutic marker such as PD-L1 or MMR protein MSH6).

  • Critical requirement: Sufficient and excellent quality FFPE tissue mass is available to allow for the cutting of at least 13 slices without compromising the integrity of the specimen for future research.
  • The request must be preceded by a complete initial histological (H&E) evaluation and proof of the diagnostic need for this extended package.
  • Providing a complete medical and clinical history and imaging results is mandatory to achieve maximum diagnostic benefit.
  • The time required to issue the result is relatively long, and may range from 10 to 14 working days due to the technical complexity and the need for interpretation by experienced specialists.
