- A comprehensive application and evaluation of eleven immunological markers (may include groups such as: CK7, CK20, TTF-1, CDX2, ER, PR, HER2, Ki-67, p63, CD45, and an additional specialist marker such as CD117, S-100, or a marker for endocrine tumors).
- Comprehensive analysis of the immunological fingerprint and provision of a detailed diagnostic report.
- Consult an experienced pathologist for the interpretation of complex results.

Conditions & Notices
- Basic requirement: Availability of a tissue block (FFPE block) from a biopsy or surgical specimen of sufficient quality to extract at least eleven slices.
- The order must be preceded by a preliminary histological diagnosis (H&E) to guide the package and maximize its diagnostic usefulness.
- Providing as much clinical and radiological information as possible (age, sex, suspected tumor location, imaging results) is crucial to help the pathologist focus on an appropriate differential diagnosis.
- The test cannot be performed on fluid samples or routine cellular swabs.
