CD57 Cellular Immunity Test | Lahalak Platform
A specialized diagnostic package to assess cellular immune function and diagnose rare lymphomas, providing insight into immunodeficiency conditions and accurate tumor classification.
Scientific name: Immunohistochemistry (IHC): CD57
This diagnostic package, based on immunohistochemistry, includes the examination of a range of markers to assess T cells, particularly memory and responsive subsets. The package primarily includes testing for CD57 (HNK-1, Leu-7), a membrane marker associated with cytotoxic T cells and natural killer (NK) cells, as well as the essential complementar...
Included Services
- Examination of the CD57 marker on lymphocytes to identify the cytotoxic/memory T subset.
- Checking for the basic markers of T cells: CD3 (general) and CD8 (toxic/suppressive).
- Examination of the cytotoxicity marker (Granzyme B or TIA-1) to confirm the functional pattern of the cells.
- Consult a pathologist or immunologist to interpret the overall results.
