• General medical care: such as measuring vital signs, monitoring blood glucose levels, and administering injections (such as insulin). And following up on chronic health conditions such as asthma, diabetes, and high blood pressure.
• Post-operative care: wound cleaning and dressing changes. And monitoring the patient’s condition after surgical procedures and following any specific medical or surgical instructions.
• Medication management: ensuring that the patient takes medications regularly according to the physician’s instructions, organizing medication schedules, and supervising dosages to ensure that no drug interactions occur.
• Care for bedridden patients: changing the patient’s position to prevent pressure ulcers and providing daily care for patients who are unable to move or ambulate.
• Elderly care: providing daily care for senior citizens.
• Critical care: managing chronic or critical conditions such as cancer patients or respiratory patients and providing specialized medical care under the supervision of a physician.
• End-of-life care (palliative care): providing necessary care for patients in the final stages of life, supporting the family, and offering guidance on how to care for the patient.
• Health education: educating the patient and their family about the health condition and proper care methods, and providing advice on appropriate nutrition and exercises for the health condition.

Conditions & Notices

• Early cancellation: the patient can cancel or reschedule the home medical visit without any additional fees if the cancellation or change is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Late cancellation: if the cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee may be charged (e.g., 50% of the visit cost) to cover the expenses related to preparing for the visit.
• No-show: if the patient does not attend the scheduled visit and fails to notify in advance, the full visit fee will be charged.
• Refund for early cancellation: in the case of early cancellation according to the cancellation policy, the full paid service amount will be refunded to the patient within a specified period (usually 3–5 business days). Platform fees are non-refundable.
• Refund for late cancellation: if the cancellation occurs within the late cancellation period, a portion of the paid fees will be refunded after deducting the specified cancellation fee (50%).
• No refund for no-show: no fees will be refunded if the patient fails to notify of the cancellation and does not attend the scheduled appointment.
• Special exceptions: special exceptions may be granted for emergency cancellations due to force majeure circumstances (such as medical emergencies) based on management evaluation.
• Communication: it is always recommended to contact customer service as soon as possible when needing to cancel or reschedule a visit to avoid any additional fees.
• Cancellation confirmation: make sure to receive a cancellation or rescheduling confirmation via email or text message to ensure your request is processed.
