Conditions & Notices
- Fasting: It is recommended to fast for 8-12 hours before the test to obtain accurate readings of sugar and fat. Water is permitted.
- Timing of the sample: Blood can be drawn at any time of day, but early morning after fasting is best.
- Do not hold your urine: There is no need to hold your urine before collecting a urine sample. It is preferable to collect a sample from the middle of the urethra in the morning.
- Drug Disclosure: Inform your doctor or technician about any medications, dietary supplements, or hormones you are taking.
