- Accuracy in collecting the full 24-hour sample is the most important requirement. Any deficiency in collection leads to an inaccurate result.
- The urine collection container must be kept refrigerated (at a temperature of 4 degrees Celsius) throughout the collection period and afterwards until delivery.
