Accurate Gynecological Infection Screening - Vulva Swab Culture and Sensitivity

A vulva swab culture and sensitivity test is a diagnostic procedure in which a sample of discharge or surface tissue from the vulva (female external genitalia) is collected using a sterile swab. The sample is cultured in special nutrient media in the laboratory to grow and identify the microorganisms causing the infection (bacteria, fungi). Antibiotic sensitivity testing is then performed on the isolated bacteria to determine the most effective antibiotics for treating them.
