Immune Cell Core Fingerprint - Lymphocyte CD45 Surface Marker Test

A flow cytometry assay to evaluate the expression of CD45 (co-leukocyte phosphatase) on cells. CD45 is a universal marker found on the surface of virtually all mature hematopoietic stem cells (leukocytes) and is essential for the activation and response of these immune cells.
