Molybdenum Nail Analysis

A specialized testing package using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) to analyze the concentration of molybdenum and other elements in nail samples (finger or toenails). Nails are keratinous tissue that captures and fixes heavy metals and trace elements as they grow, providing a record of medium- to long-term exposure (approximately 6–12 months for fingernails, and longer for toenails).
