Annual Diabetes Follow-up

A comprehensive laboratory package specifically designed for the annual follow-up of patients with diabetes (type 1 and type 2). It combines assessment of blood glucose control through fasting glucose and glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) measurements with a cardiovascular risk assessment via a complete lipid profile, including total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein (LDL or "bad"), and high-density lipoprotein (HDL or "good") cholesterol. It also includes liver enzyme testing (ALT, AST) for early detection of any potential effects of diabetes or medications on the liver, a common condition.
