Conditions & Notices
- Strict fasting for 8-14 hours before the test. Only water is allowed during the fasting period.
- The test should be performed in the morning after a night of normal sleep.
- Dietary preparation: It is recommended to eat a diet containing sufficient carbohydrates (at least 150g/day) for 3 days before the test, and avoid low-carbohydrate diets.
- Inform your doctor of all medications you are using (such as steroids, beta-blockers, certain diuretics) as they may affect the results.
- You must sit quietly and not smoke or chew gum for the entire duration of the test (3 hours).
