Conditions & Notices
- Mandatory fasting for 8-14 hours before the start of the test (only drinking water is allowed).
- Eat a normal diet containing sufficient carbohydrates (at least 150g/day) for 3 days before the test. Avoid low-carbohydrate diets.
- Adherence to relative rest at the testing location throughout the duration (3 hours), and abstaining from eating or drinking (except water), smoking, and any strenuous physical activity.
- The test should be postponed in cases of acute illness or severe psychological stress.
