Early cancellation: The patient can cancel or reschedule the home medical visit at no additional cost if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Late cancellation: If the cancellation or rescheduling is made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee may be applied (e.g., 50% of the visit cost) to cover the expenses related to preparing for the visit.
No-show: If the patient does not attend the scheduled visit and fails to notify in advance, the full visit fee will be charged.
Refund for early cancellation: In the case of early cancellation according to the cancellation policy, the full amount paid for the service will be refunded to the patient within a specified period (usually 3-5 business days). Platform fees are non-refundable.
Refund for late cancellation: If cancellation occurs within the late cancellation period, a portion of the paid fees will be refunded after deducting the specified cancellation fee (50%).
No refund for no-show: No fees will be refunded if the patient fails to notify of cancellation and does not attend the scheduled appointment.
