Measurement of lead element (Pb) concentration in urine sample, often after stimulation using chelating agent (like calcium EDTA). Used primarily to assess lead stores in bones and soft tissues (total body lead burden) and monitor effectiveness of chelation therapy in lead poisoning patients. Reflects amount of lead released from stores into urine.
