Scleroderma Antibody Analysis - Scleroderma Antibody Test (Anti-Scl-70)

A serological test to detect and measure the titer of antibodies directed against topoisomerase I (Anti-Scl-70). This antibody is a particularly specific marker for diffuse systemic sclerosis. Its presence is associated with an increased risk of severe pulmonary fibrosis and other complications.
