Protein electrophoresis revealed the presence of oligoclonal domains (homogeneous antibodies) in the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) without serum. This separation between CSF and serum indicates local antibody production within the central nervous system, a strong indicator of chronic immune inflammation.
