The Longitudinal Consultative Package focuses on the dynamic chronological tracking of tumors. It relies on the sequential comparative analysis of eighteen immunohistochemical (IHC) markers from tissue samples obtained at different time points (e.g., at diagnosis, after adjuvant therapy, at relapse). Changes in marker expression, alterations in the immunological microenvironment, and the emergence of new phenotypes are analyzed. A team of tumor dynamics and chronobiological bioinformaticians reviews the data to generate therapeutic evolution models and provide recommendations for adaptive therapy.
