CD30 Lymphoma Diagnostic Test - Immunohistochemistry (IHC) for CD30

Immunohistochemistry for the CD30 marker aims to detect the CD30 protein (a member of the Tumor Necrosis Factor receptor family). It is a distinguishing marker for activated cells, particularly for activated T-lymphocytes and large anaplastic B-cells. It is fundamental in diagnosing Classical Hodgkin Lymphoma (cHL) and Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma (ALCL).
