Hodgkin Lymphoma Diagnostic Package - Immunohistochemistry: CD15 Diagnostic Package

This diagnostic package, based on immunohistochemistry, includes the examination of a range of markers for the diagnosis and classification of classic Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL). The package primarily involves testing for CD15 (Leu-M1) and CD30 on large, suspicious cells (Reed-Sternberg cells and Hodgkin cells), along with essential complementary markers: PAX5 (a poorly discriminating B-cell marker), and exclusion markers such as CD20 (a strong B-cell marker) and CD3 (a T-cell marker). The package aims to confirm the typical histological diagnosis of cHL: Reed-Sternberg cells positive for CD30 and CD15, negative or poorly expressed PAX5, and negative for CD20 and CD45.
