Allergy and Immunity Monitoring - B-Lymphocyte CD23 Surface Marker Test

Flow cytometry was used to determine the percentage and expression of CD23 protein (low affinity receptor for IgE: FcεRII) on the surface of B lymphocytes. CD23 is a marker of B cell activation and plays a role in regulating immunoglobulin E (IgE) production, which is associated with allergies and allergic diseases.
