B-Lymphocyte Immune Count - B-Lymphocyte CD19 Count

A flow cytometry test that measures the percentage and absolute count of B lymphocytes in the blood by detecting the surface marker CD19. It is used to diagnose and monitor B cell deficiency or hyperactivity associated with autoimmune diseases and lymphomas.
