ANCA Autoimmune Screen - Antineutrophil Cytoplasmic Antibodies (ANCA) Screen

Serological test to detect presence and measure titer of Antineutrophil Cytoplasmic Antibodies (ANCA). This test is closely associated with group of autoimmune vasculitis diseases, such as microscopic polyangiitis and Wegener's granulomatosis, helping in diagnosis and differentiation between patterns (c-ANCA, p-ANCA).
