The ALEX Test is a sophisticated, multi-antigen immunoassay that uses microarray technology to measure specific IgE and IgG4 antibodies in blood serum against a comprehensive panel of over 295 antigens. These antigens include whole food and air extracts, as well as individual molecular components (allergen components). This allows for molecular diagnosis of allergies, enabling the identification of true cross-reactivity between allergens, assessment of the risk of severe reactions, and differentiation between primary and secondary allergies.
