ANA Screening Test - Anti-Nuclear Antibodies (ANA) by IFA

A highly sensitive microscopic test using the Indirect Immunofluorescence Assay (IFA) technique on HEP-2 cells to detect the presence and measure the titer of antibodies directed against components of the cell nucleus in blood serum. This test is the cornerstone for diagnosing many systemic autoimmune diseases, especially Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE).
