Seminal Alpha-Glucosidase Test

Test that measures activity of neutral alpha-glucosidase enzyme in seminal fluid. This enzyme is produced mainly in the epididymis, considered a functional marker of epididymal health and function, the organ responsible for sperm maturation and storage.
