Postpartum Diabetes Wellness Follow-up - Postpartum Gestational Diabetes Follow-up Program (75g OGTT)

This program includes a 75g Oral Glucose Tolerance Test (OGTT) performed 6–12 weeks postpartum to screen for Type 2 Diabetes and monitor the mother's metabolic health status.
